A normal level of oxygen is usually 95% or higher. Some people with chronic lung disease or sleep apnea can have normal levels around 90%. The “SpO2” reading on a pulse oximeter shows the percentage of oxygen in someone's blood. If your home SpO2 reading is lower than 95%, call your health care provider

Body can learn to actively suppress its natural respiratory system, in todays environment , wearing mask for more than hour, can start affect of reduced supply of natural oxygen, and also the feeling of being out of breath (dyspnea) is a sensation that is well known to those who suffer from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

Oxygen is a crucial treatment for many patients with severe Covid-19, since the disease affects lung function. One of the tell-tale symptoms is shortness of breath, which can be followed by pneumonia, as the lungs fill with fluid.

DIET 
The type of food will affect on oxygen level in your body, Antioxidants allow the body to use oxygen more efficiently increasing oxygen intake in digestion.

EXERCISE 
It is  key to a healthy life. walk atleast 9000 steps if possible, to ensure body is active, So that  body is able to better utilize oxygen while removing waste through the lymphatic system.

BREATH WELL
Exercising your lungs regularly is crucial to maintaining ones respiratory health via slow breathing  via nose from diaphragm. Follow Ramdev baba on breathing , pranayam, to enhance power of lungs.

LOCATION
Travelling on roads and congested areas, sitting in closed room, will expose body to low oxygen intake that to using mask add more problems. Try to locate near neem, pepal tree  which provide natural source of free oxygen. 

RISK AREA 
Many people may have to visit doctor, hospital, vaccination, medical hall, mall, shopping, lab for testing  where they may have to wait or spend time to avail services, so they have to take maximum precaution as the air in environment may  lack enough oxygen due to crowd  as well as infected. You can plan visit properly with  purpose served  within limited time with precaution like 
wearing mask, maintaining social distance, avoid conversation and time pass with unknown people, avoid touching things. use sanitizer if any touch immediately, avoid touching hands to nose , face , mouth until washed cleaned with soap .

TRAVEL
Worker and Employee not only travel on busy roads which are highly polluted, dusty, high suspended particles, full of CO with lower oxygen level, but also in their working facility too get exposed to hazard, hazop that can lead to low oxygen level in body, Do make your self expose  to fresh air by coming out in clean area often if possible, do not smoke or drink tea , this will only aggravate oxygen level in body.

WATER 
Drink 8-10 glass of water to keep body clean and hydrated with enough cleaning to avoid inner functional problem, do not drink carbonated artificial water , avoid sugary water...

As Life is becoming hard day by day with stress mounting with every negative news  from media as well as gloomy environment, 
                             BE POSITIVE AND HAVE FAITH
